So it looks like U of T (Gooooooooo Varsity Blues!) *ahem* is designing the first vertical forest in Toronto. The eco-friendly condo is set to have 400-500 trees added to it's design. We can only imagine what other "Green" features it will have. Energy saving windows? Nest Thermostats perhaps? Anything is possible.
